Paramount Bay

Paramount Bay consisted of a 693 ton foundation, post-tension slabs, and massive vertical shear walls that varied in size up to 150 tons. Titan was able to meet the aggressive four-day cycle by constant communication with the customer and by being an integral part in the pre-planning daily meetings.

This project was one of the first to use the post-tension plasma cutter to cut the post tensioning cables, which made the grouting and capping process more efficient. This 8,799 ton project, which included a vast amount of design changes from the beginning was completed in an impressive twenty months.
